The result? More focused alignment and improved brand performance across its global marketing organization.

Project Overview: Facilitated global marketing executive team through six-week process to develop and gain alignment around guiding principles, goals and strategies for Brown-Forman’s global marketing function.

Project Outcome: Authored the organization’s first ever Global Marketing Strategy; led the launch conference and all subsequent “cascade” meetings to gain adoption of new strategy across 120+ person global marketing organization.
